Friendly and helpful staff who accommodated early check-in request and offered free breakfast on first day. Good value for money, exceeded expectations with upgraded room and overall experience. Cute cat in lobby adds a nice touch to the stay.

I appreciated fantastically friendly staff, perfect location. I had bright room with a very comfy bed, so I slept well. Close vicinity, just 5 minutes on foot to Taksim subway station, was a big plus.
